Product defect?

Should you unexpectedly discover a product defect, please contact us via our service and contact page. We will work together to find a suitable solution.

Wash your towels according to our instructions to keep them in optimal condition. Read all tips on our maintenance page.

Returns

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt.

Conditions:

  • Towels must be unused and unwashed.
  • We cannot accept used or washed towels (for hygienic reasons) and will not issue a refund for them.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
